Last year an accountant from Central England opened his business offering services to landlords. He wanted to be more than just a bookkeeper, who only takes care of clients’ books, taxes and other liabilities. He wanted to be their business adviser as well.
One day, at a property investors meeting, he chatted with young Polish landlords. Shortly afterwards, he started to work as the account for one of them: helping him optimize taxes and costs, giving useful advice concerning investment and tax legislation and of course keeping his books.
The cooperation has obviously been beneficial to both parties. When an opportunity to buy and convert an old cinema into flats arose, they decided to make this investment together and expand their partnership.
That’s how the story goes… We believe that after the Business Festival in Rotherham more of this kind of success story will be created.
