The following terms and conditions are applicable to Rotherham European Business Festival (henceforth: the Event) which is held on 7th and 8th October 2014 at New York Stadium in Rotherham.

The Venue

The Venue of the Event is New York Stadium, New York Way, S60 1AH, Rotherham.

The Organizer

The Organizer is Yorkshire Tourist Organization Limited, Moorgate Crofts Business Centre, South Grove, S60 2DH, Rotherham, registered in Companies Registered House under no. 08737115.

The Co-organizer of the Event is Narvia Tourist Info Centre Limited, Moorgate Croft Business Centre, South Grove, S60 2DH Rotherham, registered in Companies Registered House under no. 08638504.


An invoice will be raised upon confirmation of booking. Full payment must be made 14 days before the first day of the event. We reserve the right not to allow delegates to attend event unless full payment has been received.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations must be made in writing to office@yorkshireexpo.com 30 days prior to the event for a full refund. Failure to attend with no prior notice will incur the full event cost.

Changing Delegate Details

There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an existing delegate. Please inform us as soon as possible before the event start.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time without liability. In the unlikely event of this happening delegates would be offered an alternative date, event or a full refund.
